1.    Grant of Rights
You hereby grant to F&J Productions, LLC and its affiliates, licensees, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Producers”) the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, perform, edit, modify, and create derivative works from any audio, video, photographic, or written materials you submit in connection with your audition, including your name, voice, image, likeness, appearance, and biographical information (collectively, your “Likeness”), in any media now known or hereafter devised, for any purpose related to the production, promotion, advertising, or distribution of the Show or any related content.
    2.    Ownership
All audition materials submitted, including but not limited to video recordings, photographs, and written content, shall become the sole and exclusive property of the Producers and will not be returned. You understand that you shall not be entitled to any compensation or credit for the use of your audition or Likeness, except as expressly agreed in writing by the Producers.
    3.    Waiver and Release
You waive any right of inspection or approval of the use of your Likeness and release the Producers from any liability arising from such use, including claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of rights of publicity.
    4.    Eligibility and Representation
By auditioning, you represent and warrant that you are legally eligible to participate, that you have the full right and authority to grant these rights, and that your participation does not violate any agreement or law.
    5.    No Guarantee of Appearance
Submission of an audition does not guarantee participation in the Show, nor does it guarantee any public airing or distribution of your audition or performance.
